Our products are only available for online purchase by New Zealand and Australian customers.
We do not ship internationally. However, if you do purchase outside of our shipping area unintentionally, you will be contacted and offered a refund.
Banks & Co. Ltd. uses Toll to handle all of our shipping needs, all of our products are shipped directly from New Zealand.
Estimated delivery time within New Zealand is 2 to 4 working days.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
At ‘Checkout’ please make sure you leave clear delivery instructions in Step 3: ‘Terms of Purchase’ to ensure your parcel is delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible.
